RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within Three (03) days of the collect date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy

• Item(s) must be in their Actual (As sent by us) condition.
• Replacement for Rudraksha Beads, Mala, Rudraksha jewelry, Puja essential products etc. is subject to inspection or Revaluation by our testing team.
• Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
• The product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.

 Return Policy on Loose Rudraksha

• For loose Rudraksha (Beads) with invoice value up to Rs 24,999 You can return the Rudraksha and get payment approx the 20 Day period by the conversation the conditions are shown above.
• For loose Rudraksha with invoice value Rs 50,000 and above. You can get a replacement or get money back approx 20 Day period by the conversation the conditions above.

Important Notes:

• Shipping Charges are not refundable.
• Return Shipment is at customer’s cost.
• Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the Rudraksha, shall not be refunded in the return payment.
• Returns will take 20 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

 RETURN PROCESS

 To return an item, please email customer service at shipping@aslirudraksha.com or call +91 88188 11011 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail or whatsapp your return to the following address/Number:

3. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least twenty (20) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

• Rudraksha Combo Pendant (3+4+5+6+7)
• Kumkum
• Chandan Powder
• 4, 5, 6 Faces Rudraksha Beads
