Return, Refund & Cancellation
All returns must be postmarked within Three (03) days of the collect date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy.
- Item(s) must be in their Actual (As sent by us) condition.
- Replacement for Rudraksha Beads, Mala, Rudraksha jewelry, Puja essential products etc. is subject to inspection or Revaluation by our testing team.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
- The product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
