Method of wearing

Wake up early in the morning and take a bath.
Clean the pooja place and kept a Picture or Shivlingam of Lord Shiva.
Decorate with flowers, dhoop, agarbati, and sandalwood paste.
Then Rudraksha Bead Abhishek (Snaan) with Ganga jal otherwise use pure water.
Afterward Abhishek the bead with panchamrit (milk, curd, ghee, honey, and sugar).
Together with chant “Mahamrityunjaya Mantra” or “Om Namah Shivaya Mantra” 108 times.
