(A) Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
Item(s) must be in their Actual (As sent by us) condition.
Replacement for Rudraksha Beads, Mala, Rudraksha jewelry, Puja essential products etc. is subject to inspection or Revaluation by our testing team.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
The product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc
(B) Return Policy on Loose Rudraksha (Beads):
For loose Rudraksha (Beads) with invoice value up to Rs 24,999 You can return the Rudraksha and get payment approx the 20 Day period by the conversation the conditions are shown above.
For loose Rudraksha with invoice value Rs 50,000 and above. You can get a replacement or get money back approx 20 Day period by the conversation the conditions above.
(C) Important Notes:
Shipping Charges are not refundable.
Return Shipment is at customer’s cost
Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the Rudraksha, shall not be refunded in the return payment.

(D) When does the 10 Day Return Period Start?
Ans.- The 10 Day period starts from the day that you receive your product, as shown by our courier records.
(E) I bought 2 loose Rudraksha, I like one of them – can I return the other?
Ans. Yes, under our no-questions-asked return policy on Rudraksha with 100% money back, you can indeed return the other Rudraksha within the 10 day period
(F) I have lost the lab certificate and original packaging of the product. Can I still return the loose Rudraksha?

In the absence, of any of these items, you are not eligible for the 100% Money Back Guarantee. However, you may still be eligible for a full or Partial Replacement / Store Credit. Ans. In case you are returning or replacing a Rudraksha, please take the following steps:
