Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel an order on www.aslirudraksha.com?

At aslirudraksha.com, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 03 days of receipt.

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched.

For outright cancellations by you:

• If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

• For products such as rudraksha, etc. – If we have a no questions asked refund/replacement policy for 03 days. This becomes void in case you have tampered with the product such as removing silver capping, etc. 

• If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return and Refund Policies. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

• You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (less shipping charge).
